Best Western San Dimas Hotel & Suites, San Dimas

Staying at The Best Western San Dimas was a top choice for me in the area. The rooms were large, very clean, and faced the indoor courtyard and pool. The service was excellent, although maybe a little more relaxed attitudes could be nice. The location was great for my purposes, with clean surroundings and a beautiful rose garden by the pool. The dining experience was excellent with made-to-order options. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor areas for improvement.

The hotel's location is fantastic, near shopping areas yet still secluded, with a liquor store across the street and beautiful mountain views. The rooms, although facing a noisy entry gate, are open to a well-lit courtyard with secure parking. The service, while only available for a few hours a day, is very friendly and supportive, with staff helping with lodging needs. The dining experience offers made-to-order options, while the pool area is well-maintained. The morning cleaning timing was a bit off, but overall, it's a wonderful spot for a vacation in Los Angeles.
